Today’s learners will live and work in an unpredictable environment. This course identifies dispositions that foster the innovation needed to teach in this circumstance. The focus will be on coaching teachers in a way that brings out these dispositions. Participants will identify coaching pitfalls and apply strategies to avoid these pitfalls. They will learn, practice and reflect on coaching strategies that foster innovative teaching dispositions.
