The world is a highly connected global community that changes daily, often at a frenetic pace. To ensure its students are keeping pace with the 21st century, Castleton is helping them to develop the skills and confidence to engage with members of diverse groups by finding commonalities, embracing diversity, and challenging discrimination based on our differences.
Understanding the importance of inclusiveness, students will be better prepared to make a difference in our community and in the world.
Castleton’s faculty and staff have a wealth of experience working with students with diverse backgrounds and challenges. Similarly, they eagerly welcome and support these students, including those coming to Castleton from outside the U.S.
Our mission going forward is to attract and retain new students who will contribute to enhanced diversity as well as mutual understanding in the global village that is our modern day world.
