Saturday, January 30, 2021, from 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
All enrolled students are required to have two COVID-19 tests in the first seven days of arrival. For those living on campus, the first test must be completed on your scheduled move-in day, and the second test will be scheduled for seven days later. These tests are conducted on campus free of charge.
1. Sign the Spartan Pledge (if you haven't already)
2. Register online for COVID-19 Testing
3. Check your room assignment and roommate information
Login to your eRez life account, and click on the "Housing Overview" tab on the left-hand sidebar. This will provide you with your room and roommate information.
Move-in registration and COVID testing will take place in the Campus Center. Please do not go to your residence hall prior to registration and getting tested.
When you arrive on campus, follow the signs to park in the Campus Center parking lot located behind Babcock Hall.
Students should enter the Campus Center through the door closest to the mailroom, as all others will be locked. Family members and move-in helpers should stay in their vehicles while students check-in. Students must wear a mask and maintain six feet of social distance whenever possible while in the building.
Follow the signs in the Campus Center to each check-in station. All students will be screened for pre-arrival quarantine, tested for COVID-19, receive their residence hall keys and room assignments, and receive their campus ID (new students only).
After students have checked in and have been tested, they may now move into their residence hall. Use your campus ID to unlock the outside door and your room key to unlock your suite and room doors. Some building rules for move-in include:
Some students may be required to move into pre-quarantine housing on move-in day. If required, the pre-quarantine housing is located in Haskell Hall. Check-in with the Residence Life Staff at the information desk in the Campus Center for your pre-quarantine room assignment and move-in instructions.
